Larkin Bullard has spent 25 years at the intersection of enterprise technology, cybersecurity, and high-stakes revenue growth. His career spans some of the most consequential names in the industry — and some of the most consequential deals.
At Lucent Technologies, he closed a $60 million managed services agreement with Covad Communications — one of the largest managed services contracts of its era. At IBM, he managed Intel as a global account and closed a $26 million Enterprise License Agreement, one of the firm's most significant ELAs of that cycle. At Lucent Technologies, he achieved +200% of quota for two consecutive years placing him among the highest performers in the company. He has held VP of Sales titles, built commercial practices from the ground up, and worked across four companies that were subsequently acquired by industry leaders.
In 2002, he founded B44 Group to bring that caliber of experience directly to clients — without the overhead, bureaucracy, or junior-staff handoffs that define large consultancies.
Today, B44 Group holds active Fortinet Advocate Partner status — Fortinet's highest reseller tier — and provides cybersecurity advisory, Fortinet network security solutions, and fractional sales leadership and revenue growth services to SMB and Public Sector (E-Rate, K-12, SLED) organizations.
